Beauty Room Policy

 

Booking

A 30% deposit is required to book all services and is none refundable.

Refunds

Add ons & services that have been received by guest are none refundable.

All skin care & cosmetics purchases are none refundable.

All gift card purchases are none refundable.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment you must reschedule  24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the remaining 70% of services with the card on file.

Late Arrivals

Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes the appointment will be marked as a no show and charged the remaining balance of each service if proper notice is not given via phone. Please call  (202)929-8416.

Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Attire

A strapless gown will be given to the client for services however for comfort undergarments maybe worn.

Age

Clients must be 18 years of age to recieve services. Children are not permited in the beauty room.

Animals

Animals are not permited in the beauty room. This also includes service animals.

Guest

Clients are not permited to bring guest in the beauty room.

Services

Services such as facial massage, chemical peels, electral apparatus will not be performed on compromised skin or clients with active breakouts.

Food & Beverages 

Outside food and beverages are not permited in the beauty room. However, light refreshments are available.

Cell Phones

We ask that cell phones are turned off while in the beauty room only to ensure  guest are receiving a relaxing experience.

Beauty Room Hours: Sundays 10 am-4 pm EST 💄
