- A 24 hours notice is required to modify or cancel your reservation. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the remaining 70% of the treatment cost and a non-refundable deposit. A physical form of payment is required upon departure from the spa, and the card on file will only be charged in accordance with our late cancellation or no show policy.
